Support and refunds for a digital license

Strix-Guard is a digital product, so questions about orders, licenses, file access, and refunds are handled through the customer account or public contact form.
An authenticated user can create a ticket and include order details. Payment questions usually require the order ID, payment provider invoice number, amount, currency, operation date, and account email.
- active license questions are best sent through a ticket;
- the public contact form is available before registration or sign-in;
- refunds are reviewed under the published refund policy;
- duplicate payments and technical delivery errors are checked individually;
- after activation and download of a digital product, refunds may be limited.
Before payment, the user can review Terms of Service, rules, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AML/KYC, and refund terms in the website footer.
