Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rules for refund requests related to digital licenses, mistaken payments, and disputed transactions.

1. Digital delivery

Strix-Guard licenses and files are digital products. After license delivery and access provision, refunds may be limited if the product has been activated or downloaded.

2. When a refund may be available

Requests are reviewed individually. A refund may be approved if the payment was duplicated, the order was not created, the license was not issued due to a technical issue, or the user contacted us before product activation.

  • the request must include account email, order number, payment date, and payment identifier;
  • cryptocurrency refunds may be sent only to an address agreed during verification;
  • network fees, provider fees, and exchange rate differences may be non-refundable.

3. When a refund may be refused

A refund may be refused in case of terms violation, suspected fraud, license use, file download, transfer of access to third parties, or inability to verify the payment.

4. Review period

Requests are usually reviewed within 5 business days. Complex cases, blockchain checks, or payment investigations may take longer.
