How license purchase and delivery works

Strix-Guard purchase is completed through the customer account because the license is a personal digital product. It must be linked to the buyer account, order, selected chronicle, and project address.

  1. The user creates an account or signs in.
  2. In the purchase section, the user selects a client or chronicle and enters project parameters.
  3. Before invoice creation, the user sees the price, documents, and digital delivery terms.
  4. After payment, the website receives payment confirmation and verifies the order.
  5. The license appears in the account and files become available for download.

If payment is confirmed but the license does not appear, the user can create a ticket and include the order ID, invoice number, amount, currency, and operation date. These details help check the case faster.
