Answers about the product, payment, and license delivery
This page explains the user journey, purchase terms, and digital license delivery process before payment.
Product and compatibility
What is Strix-Guard?
Strix-Guard is a digital client-server protection product for Lineage II game projects. The buyer receives an electronic license, client and server files, and access to license management in the customer account.
Who is the service for?
The service is intended for owners and administrators of Lineage II game servers who need client and server-side project protection.
How can I check compatibility with my build?
Supported builds are shown on the product and purchase pages. If the required build is not listed, the user can contact support through the contact form or a ticket.
Purchase and delivery
Why is purchase available through the customer account?
The license is a personal digital service. It must be linked to an account, connection domain, and project technical parameters, so purchase is completed after sign-in.
What happens after payment?
The website receives a payment provider notification, checks the order, amount, currency, and invoice status. After successful verification, the license is created in the account and files become available for download.
Is there physical delivery?
No. Strix-Guard is a digital product. The license and files are delivered electronically in the customer account.
How much does a license cost?
The current price is shown on the pricing page and in the purchase form before invoice creation. The final amount is fixed before payment.
Payment, refunds, and security
How is payment processed?
Payment is processed through the connected payment provider. The website does not store user payment keys and issues a license only after server-side notification and order parameter verification.
Can a payment be refunded?
Refund requests are reviewed under the refund policy. A refund is usually possible before activation or digital file download, and in cases of duplicate payment or technical delivery failure.
How is the account protected?
The website uses standard Laravel authentication, CSRF form protection, rate limiting for critical actions, logging, and additional account security mechanisms.
Support
Where should license questions be sent?
Authenticated users can create a support ticket in the customer account. A public contact form is available for initial requests without an account.
Which details are needed for payment support?
Provide the account email, order or invoice number, payment date, amount, currency, and a short description of the issue.
Can administrators test the purchase flow?
An administrator can test the user journey through the payment provider test mode and test purchase flow in the account without manually issuing a license.
