1. General terms

These terms govern the use of the Strix-Guard website, customer account, digital licenses, updates, and related materials.

By using the website or placing an order, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

2. Digital product

Strix-Guard provides digital client-server protection and related license files for Lineage II game projects.

The license is delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

• license access and files are provided through the customer account;
• the user is responsible for the correctness of domains, server data, and contact details;
• resale, circumvention of technical restrictions, reverse engineering, and illegal use are prohibited.

3. Account and security

The user must keep account credentials confidential and immediately report unauthorized access.

The service may temporarily restrict access in case of suspected account compromise, payment dispute, breach of terms, or license abuse.

4. Payments

License and operation prices are displayed before payment. Payments may be accepted through third-party payment providers, including cryptocurrency payment gateways.

A payment is considered completed after the required network confirmations and provider confirmation are received.

5. Liability

The service is provided as a digital protection tool. The user remains responsible for project configuration, infrastructure, and compliance with applicable laws.

Strix-Guard is not liable for indirect damages, third-party server downtime, integration errors, payment provider actions, or blockchain network issues.

6. Support and feedback

Questions about orders, licenses, payments, refunds, and security are accepted through support tickets in the customer account or by email at [email protected].

Responses are provided within a reasonable time, depending on request complexity and the need to verify the payment or license.
