The customer account is used to purchase and manage a Strix-Guard digital license. Purchase is available after sign-in because the license must be linked to a specific buyer account.
In the account, the user can view licenses, payment history, order statuses, available downloads, and support requests. This helps preserve order details and quickly provide required information when contacting support.
- the licenses section shows active licenses and project parameters;
- the payments section shows recent invoices and payment statuses;
- the license detail page contains available actions and downloads;
- tickets are used for payment, access, and refund questions;
- the security section helps protect the buyer account.
The public demo page shows the main account areas without personal data or real orders.
